What is the setup fee for?
The one-time setup fee covers the full build-out of your custom dashboard — connecting your data sources, configuring the AI analysis layers, designing your specific views, and onboarding you to the platform. It is a done-for-you build, not a DIY tool.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year (equivalent to 10 months — 2 months free) and are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
What if I want to add more metrics later?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you start on Core and want to add a metric stream, we will upgrade you to Pro and credit the difference. Additional metric streams beyond your plan's limit can also be added à la carte — ask us for custom pricing.
Do I need a Digital Mind to use Intelligence Elite?
No. Intelligence Elite is fully valuable without a Digital Mind. The Digital Mind integration is an optional add-on for Elite clients who also have a Digital Mind built with us — it adds a powerful conversion intelligence layer to your dashboard.
How long does setup take?
Most dashboards are live within 2–3 weeks of kickoff, depending on the complexity of your data integrations. We will give you a specific timeline during your strategy call.
